well thats all she wrote. I didnt blow anything up (amazingly if you read the files), the injectors are maxed out but I pretty much had no knock except on the shifts, so I was alright with it. hopefully Ill have my new motor built before Nats and Ill have the injector/chip stuff figured out so I can get out of this 2-Bar crap.

Nice runs Morgan, thanks for sharing your DataMaster files.
Your best run were you in OD?

Ian, I thought with the cool temps Florida is having you guys would be out at the track.

I think it was you that posted Atco's Winter schedule - Yes?

When (if?) my truck gets fixed up, and IF the roads are somewhat salt-free, I'd be more than willing to go on a Sunday.

I think we're gonna start tearing it down this weekend if all goes as planned. Shouldn't take too long to ship my intake to McCoy and get a welded up one.

i did get vis but no pics "well one of the 80k car-rs6" the vids are ok not my best by any means to cold and shaking alittle. plus i did not zoom all the way it is hard with gloves. i tried to host them on sy-ty board but it kept kicking me off for some reason. i will try again later tonight after diner and if it works it will be in my gallery under ty movies

Nice runs Morgan.I bet you could drop a tenth off if you ran on stock tires/rims. I was getting consistant 1.69-1.71 on the stockers, lucky to get 1.8x on the ZR-1's.
Congrats. ::brews::

So did you beat the GN? Can't leave us hangin!

no way, the GN was running consistant 11.4's. I lined up against him twice, he was a pretty cool older guy.

thanks Jimmy. Traction was the worst i have ever experienced. This is the first time ever that I was getting sideways coming out of the hole. As far as the stockers, I sold them to Brian F up in NY about 2 years ago :)
Maybe Ill see if I can find a set of 15" drag radials or slicks with the same diameter and mount them on the wheels from the El Camino :)

Some nice runs there Morgan. I was there about a month ago and yes the traction is terrible. Lots of wheel spin. Once, in the right lane I headed for the tree on launch and had to get out of it. I normally get 1.6X 60 foot times in the sy but only managed 1.7-1.8 last time out. I even tried a dry hop in the burn out box.

Yeah, I always dry hop and try to avoid the water as much as possible. I also almost always run in the left lane unless someone wants to get some pictures.

Don posted up a few videos of my runs in his gallery. they are in MOV format. Im going to attempt to edit them down a little and change them to a windows format this evening when I get home.

Oh yeah, if anyone is wondering, my "combo" is an PTE52 with an ATR chip......dats it, unless you wanna count my built trans as a "go-fast" modification.

Here is the link to the 12.62 video. Its MOV Quicktime format and until I figure out my bootleg version of Adobe Premiere, its going to remain that way.

nah, no 3 bar right now. boost was somewhere around 15-17, gauge said 15 but who knows exactly just from a gauge. stock heads, stock motor totally, ive never touched it.

it was cold out, so the no knock has to give some credit to mother nature, but i think its mostly cause of the NGK UR5's. I love those plugs. I always had knock with the AC's. Even last summer when I put the NGK's in i saw no knock and i was surprised then. Now, these same plugs I installed last summer, that have at least 4000 miles on them, still going strong.
