off idle stumble

So, I just put my '84 s10 with a '93 ty engine/trans/t-case back on the road after 6 years in mothballs. It starts right up, idles well cold but as soon as the idle comes down it "rolls". There is also a severe off idle stumble that it had even when I put it away oh so long ago, however it is now much, much worse. I don't have a scan tool and it isn't showing any codes, so do you guys have any ideas to put me in the right direction?

Rich have you checked for vacuum leaks? Dry rotted vac line somewhere? That's on of the biggest causes of idle issues.

Hey Matt,

I did replace quite a few vac hoses, maybe I missed one somewhere I'll have to check again. I forgot to mention there's a new pump, tank, filter and your old sender in there. truck is pretty much stock except for an ATR exhaust and red stripe converter. It also "sputters" at higher rpm under boost, don't know if that helps.

Is the same fuel in the tank from 6 years ago too? :lol:
