Problem at the Track Last Night

The stretcher will be arriving shortly with my Syclone this morning. I was at the tree building boost, back starts starting spinning, rear moved a little then I felt the Sy slump and I let off the gas. Starter told me to back up, I put it in reverse, it barely moved. It took six big guys to help me push it off the track.

It was dripping fluid, wasn't oil, but maybe gear lube from under the front transfer case area. It will drive for about 20 feet until it locks up and won't move. When I try to move it now, it makes a big mechnical sound in the front end.

I just got the Sy back last night from the ECM going bad. Not sure what the problem is, but nevertheless very disappointed. Had the Sy for a whole 5 hours. Could the front diff locked up?

It was running 12.2 @ 109-110 on 14 lbs before this.

sounds like you exploded the front diff. was it gear oil, or trans fluid.

note the xcase uses trans fluid. I'm not saying your trans is busted.

Pretty sure it was gear lube. How hard is it to find a new front diff? Hard to replace?
