You're not cutting the spindles, you are cutting a section off of the half shafts.. Looks like you could use some spacers on the front?? Kinda hard to tell, but it looks like if you cut off the shaft flush with the cotter pin, you still won't have enough clearance to install center caps.. Is the tire flush with the cladding looking from the side or is it sucked into the wheel well??
