Anyone using or plan on using Turbonetics Variable Boost Control pn 10402-25?
How do you like it?
Did you mount the control inside the cockpit?
I heard that its not a good idea to have long vacuum lines , it makes the the wastegate respond slow.
I need to buy a manual BC for now until I can 'steel' money to buy an electronic.

thanks

Re: Turbonetics Variable Boost Control

www.boostvalve.com is the one I am running.
Cheap easy and effective.
Just get the universal, it is just the valve, you have to have your own vac line. Whoop dee doo
And Ric is a cool guy to deal with and he also sponsors the SyTy Nats.

I mounted mine right to the turbo-IC pipe to keep it as close to the turbo as possible.
Only have to make adjustments for the track and weather sometimes so its not necessary to have at your fingertips at all times.

Re: Turbonetics Variable Boost Control

Thanks,

I know someone that have an account with turbonetics, he gets something like 20% to 33%, so the price would be about the same $50.

I just want the better one.
