You can get Blazer (that is the brand) from Advance Auto parts for about $20.00. Not sure about the brackets.

Here's a OEM set. Both brackets are perfect; one foglight is perfect and the other (on the left side of the pic) has a BB size hole through the lens but the lens did not crack? A glass repair facility could probably make it disappear. Not sure what to sell these for. Does $50 + shipping sound fair?
