Yellow paint code

Anyone know what color all the yellow SYs and TYs are?I searched and read all I could find and not sure if there WERE 2 TYs that were Yellow stock?If so what code and name of color?And same with the SYs, were there any true Yellows and any code on them.I as because my Ty needs a piece painted and prev. owner said its Ferrari Giallo Yello but im not thinking it is.All the SYs and TYs i see look to be the SAME yellow.Is it a vette yellow?I know SY #2129 has Prowler Yellow which might be the case, but weird all are same looking yellow.I need a code to give the painter he says.Or should I find a shop that color matches?Any help???Thanks!!!!

Thats what I was pretty sure of.But I remember reading a post a while back that said there were 2 or 3 ..........????? This isnt my truck but it seems they were all painted the same color.Its the sam color as mine and Ive seen others that seem to all be the same.I was told mine was Ferrari Yello(Giallo Fly Yello) and talked to another owner and he thinks his was Prowler yellow.Any idea what color these were painted and why this shade?In color at that time?????

All the yellow trucks were painted aftermarket.

I know, but they ALL seem to be the SAME yellow.Was there a in color back in the day.Like Prowler yellow,or Ferrari yellow that people were using?Seems weird all the yellows are the same color and painted seperately and all over the US.I need a piece of cladding painted but all shops say they need the paint code.So Im stuck........

IMO if a shop won't do a custom match for you, I'd walk away anyway. A good shop should be able to get you a match, although I would expect to spend a bit more to get a custom match.

I'd say yours does look like a Ferrari colour. Unfortunately, Ferrari was never very consistant with their paint. There are seven different Giallo Fly yellows, all with different paint codes. I would go to a paint/body shop that can scan your truck and come up with an exact match, just to be safe.

If for whatever reason it was painted yellow (I doubt), it would be on your RPO codes in your glove box.

If your truck was orignally black it would be 19U If it was test color it would comeback as an unlisted color.
