Not many folks still running it, it's a bit dated as far as technology goes. You can still make them work, although it takes a bit of know-how and understanding. The newer aftermarket ECUs are wide-band 02 capable, and are much more feature-rich.
If you have Hi-z injectors now, get hi-z to replace them. The hi-z 60s are really nice injectors.

I just bought the high Z 60s for my truck and they're great. I picked them up from racetronix, they have the best prices. Detroit turbo and RPM also carry them reasonably priced. Get a flow matched set...
