Amen 420, I did not mention that i bought a set of #65 injectors because this ahole told me that he can make it work! Now i have to replace them with my old #50. Two days of work and out hungdreds of dollars.
Today he send me pm saying hahaha!
What would you do if this happen to you ??

open this PM, hold down "Ctrl", then press "Print Screen". then open MS paint and hold down "Ctrl" and press "V". then host the pic somewhere. i want to see it. do this with all of the other PMs he has sent you. i was thinking of throwing some business his way in the future but i won't if i can see some PM proof.

Broke Ass... what's your truck run that it's loosing thousands of dollars of "Sponser ship"?

Ty 1885.... It's a "chip" At you level you need to be programming it with Code 59 or Standalone.

There is not many vendors supporing these trucks or people willing to work on them.

Sucks when somone get's drug through the mud. (as Winded all ready stated)

Waller's got me gaskets out next day several times for me. Never had a issue and if I did I'd take it

up with John.

You need to get it worked out with John. Coming on here and doing this just isn't right.IMHOP.

Sorry you had a bad experience... If you not comfortable with that vendor then find another.

If stuff like this keeps coming up there will sure be less and less of them.

Hey UR50SLO I gave him a lot of chances. Waited 6 weeks not 1 as was told , ignored all of my emails,calls,pms, then i get a chip that does not work at all. I dealt with him before, same wait, but it worked. I gave him another chance without saying anything, and this time i got real srewed.
All i wanted is that Waller treats every customer right.
This is not about me ! Its about vendors that need to know we are people and want what we pay for!

You have to call people back. That I agree with.

I work on alot of Buick Hybrids/Typhoons and other projects.

I get behind and have personal stuff come up that is beyond my controll. But when I'm finished

with a project or job I don't think I've ever had a complaint with the quality of the work.

I hope you can get this resolved in a refund or resolution that works for the two of you.

I'm assuming you mean me. My truck doesn't "run" anything special. It was sponsored by my company, with the understanding that I would drive daily with company logo's all over it, and most importantly, drive it to company sponsored events for people to ohh and ahh over. In turn the company would cover my truck payment. Truck ate the previous engine on the dyno, my boss said that he understood, and that I needed to get it fixed in a hurry in order for it to be worthwhile for the company. I spoke with several engine builders (including more than one vendor on the board), and went with John because he promised me he could get the new engine built in 6 weeks. 6 MONTHS into Waller's "6 week build" that took 18 MONTHS, my boss said enough was enough, and pulled the plug on my sponsorship. Hence the cost of the truck comes out of my pocket instead of being paid by my company.

We have a truckload of apples, 3 or 4 are bad, do we throw them all away...NO. I have often seen John answer questions on this board to people that have never spent a dime with him. In the couple of years I have known John, he has always helped me no matter how stupid my idea or question was. My point is, his knowledge of these specialized trucks is something you don't see everyday. I would not want this community to lose him over a chip or taking too long to ship something, some on here know what I'm talking about. Lee

X4 I agree, he is one of the vendors that will actually give you advice with out expecting you to actually do business with him, which IMO is what this board is really all about. He has helped me several times and even if I didn't directly ask him anything, through searching I found many answers to many of my questions in some of his post/threads.

I need to repeat it again! I told Waller that i want a V2 ultimate done for #65 injectors, if he knew what he was doing, then i would have worked ?

Did your chip get burned with the V2 for 65#'ers? Yes or no?

Ok the decision has come down, enough is enough.

You have aired your case, John has not replied.
If you have any intentions of working this out you are going to have to do so directly with John.

The forum is merely a place to exchange information.

You have voiced your opinion as well as many others and its time to move on.
The threads will remain so in the future they can be referenced but let's move on and learn from our mistakes.
