Boost multiplier maxed out on code59

I'm working on a semi aggressive tune, using code59 and I finally got my knock to 0* retard with 18* of timing advance at WOT with 20lbs of boost, using meth and pump gas.

The problem is, I had to add fuel to the boost multiplier up top to 1.99 and turn the alky pump all the way up to 10, in order to get the knock to 0, putting my o2 readings on the edge of being optimal at 12.0-12.1

Seems like my o2 readings should be alot lower at WOT at these settings, which leaves me no room for error to add more timing or boost.

Since the BM and alky are maxxed, should I start messing with the 29X tables to lower my 02's to be on the safe side? How would I do this without screwing up my mpg cruising/idle tune?

Anotherr strange thing is at these settings, my PLX gauge is reading rich at WOT and Tunerpro is reading lean 12.0-12.1 at WOT but during normal driving both readings match. Is it because I'm adding Meth to the equation?

I would multiply the BPC by 1.2, and divide the entire f29x table by 1.2. That would give you the same fuel, except for the boost multiplier table. You could divide the boost multiplier table by 1.2 also.

You will get better resolution if you tune your boost fueling with the f29x table.

I agree with Leroy solution, but is their any chance your Fuel Pump isn't keep up?

I'd have to agree. If you still have 36#ers, and are spraying that much meth, something's gotta be up.
(Unless you've upped to a fairly big turbo)

Check WOT fuel pressure. Also verify that your fuel pressure rises with boost. (base + 20 = WOT fuel pressure)

Also, your WOT AFR in tunerpro should equal your gauge AFR. Hard to watch a gauge at full throttle, though.
Record it... aim a camera such that it gets both the tunerpro reading and the gauge.

My fuel pressure seems to be rising smoothly with boost. It's likely my goofy tune because I initially took out a bunch of fuel on the entire F29x table, because the bluetops were running way too rich.
I'll look at my recorded run and up the fuel were my O2's are leanest, using the data tracer tool and see if that makes a difference.

I'll double check the PLX gauge again.
Thanks fellas for the suggestions.

Dave was right, after further testing, adding more fuel didn't fix it and the fuel presure only rises to +15/16 at WOT, causing the lean condition, I also varified this by viewing data from an older run with the same bin and my o2s were in the 10s. Looks like I'll be changing out the pump over the winter...

Quickie thing to try... fuel filter.

I'll change the fuel filter first for sure...

Do you test the fuel pump efficeincy by cranking the fuel pump regulator clock wise, till it want's to stall?
What's the max fuel pressure that a Walboro 255 pump should hold?
Thanks

No. That'll only tell you how much pressure you can get by cranking the regulator up. (ie, the regulator's limits)

What's the max fuel pressure that a Walboro 255 pump should hold?
Thanks

Ron's got some specs over at apeusa.com. It varies with voltage.

Pressure by itself is sorta irrelevant; pressure at a given flow rate is what you're after.
