The bolts are there. I also noticed when I was feeling around below this rubber adapter for the IC to Intake I bumped one of the vac lines (one that hooks up right below the intake) and it it tore the rubber in half, I barely touched it. It looks pretty bad, I am guessing the factory vac lines...

Update Update I found the rubber piece between the IC and the intake was leaking on the intake side. I tightened the hose clamps up as much as possible and still have that leak. Could a person lube the inner rubber surface to create a good seal?
