Re: Transfer Case Viscous Clutch ? Im pretty sure the VC in my ty is on its way out too...this could explain the low dyno numbers it made. Makes we wonder how the high Hp/Tq guys are handling it.

Re: My TT 408" project... Im trying to get it dyno tuned...but the PCM is not getting the speedometer signal. This is not allowing the truck to shift out of 1st gear. Once this is figured out I need to get the electric fans going & install a boost controller. Then I can work on the cosmetics...

Re: Ty cuts off when cooling fan comes on. run the smallest pulley on the alternator you can to help maintain the volts when the fans kick on and check to see if you are running a smaller crank pulley...the smaller crank pulley will make it worse.
