Last year, our hotel rate was $72.00 per night. I think my total bill came to $245 and change and that was split with those I shared the room with, so thats something you can figure out on your own.
As for the rest of the weekend, depending on when you get there, you'll need food money for at least 3 days, breakfast is covered on Sunday morning, and of course money for whatever your favorite beverage is in the evenings :lol:
Participation in events (track) and things we do in the parking lot is covered in registration. Extra items like the Dyno (not sure what the plans are for this year) are usually covered sperately and I think is usually around $75.
Everything else is pretty much as you need it, parts, extra t-shirts, socks if you forget them, lol, stuff like that. There is also usually a 50/50 thats collected for, so if you wish to participate in that, bring money accordingly.
Personally, I bring a few hundred dollars in cash for small meals and incase I cant get to an ATM. Everything else I put on the credit card and deal with it when I get back
