1992 Typhoon at WWVA in Colorado?

I have been interested in this 1992 Typhoon for quite a while. I am a few states away from Colorado and can't just go look. It presents as very low mileage (25k) and clean. The price is reasonable at $32,900. Despite this, it has been sitting on the market, I think for over a year. I reached out to them and asked a few questions which they couldn't answer because they said they got the vehicle on consignment from an estate with no access to the previous owner.

At this point, I am wondering if the SYTY community can help analyze my questions. The following two photos exhibit all my inquiries. It's a comparison between the WVVA vehicle and a BaT listing where the Typhoon was known to be original:

1) The door escutcheons are missing.
2) The Typhoon decal appears too low maybe indicating cladding replacement. I'm not sure if the decal placement is consistent however.
3) The top of the two-tone body color does not extend down through the cladding.
4) Wheels have red GMC where it should be blank. (Are these Syclone wheels).

I am interested in any analysis the community might have since I cannot go inspect this vehicle, nor could I learn any "why" answers from the dealer.

Thank you.

As far as item 3 in the photo is concerned, there was a discussion on here before how later in '92 Argent cladding units had silver tape installed between the door cladding and the front arch cladding.

Previous owner may have painted the GMC logo red on the center caps or swapped on a set of Syclone centers.
Syclone wheels are the same as Typhoon wheels other than than the red painted GMC logo.

Plenty of people have removed the door handle escutcheons for one reason or another. From Wheel's 2008 photos the owner had them on back then. Someone else may have removed them believing they were aftermarket accessories.

I wish you could "super-like" a post. This is an excellent find. And, based on those photos, in my mind basically 100% confirms a repaint. Which also explains slightly misplaced reapplied Typhoon badges.

Really appreciate your reply.
