1992 typhoon driver seat

Does the 1992 typhoon driver seat recline at all? I notice the passenger side does. I found a lever to lift upward but does not do anything.

I pulled a couple twisted nickles and dimes from the mechanism that allows the top half of seat to go forward. Wondering if something is FUBAR?

Yeah it should lay all the way down into the backseat.

Yes should be able to recline to backseat with a girl ontop of you. Wrestling of course.
