2 Step/Trans Brake, New Cam or 50 Shot? Tough Decision Here

So my truck spools up pretty damn slow. It takes about 10 seconds to get my 12lbs of boost for launch. I used to do it in about 3 or 4. Would you go with 2 Step and a Trans Brake, New Cam with the power down low, or 50 Shot?? I don't like the idea of the new cam because what might I lose up top? The 50 shot sounds cool but I am not a fan of bottles and then I have something I have to fill up. Only thing I don't like about the 2 Step and Trans Brake is that I don't really want to install the Trans Brake, lazy?? Maybe. I just get tired of dealing with transmission fluid.

How big is the Motor and how much timing is in it? If I remember correctly you are running a PTE 76/75 correct? Is it a Gen 2 wheel? I have run a smaller T3 unit in the past on mine and just changing over to the T4 flange due to a back pressure issue. I would think if your turbo is 76/75 gen 2 it should spool lighting fast.

Lightning (Can't spell) Did I read that you had Brodix heads on your combo? if so did the chambers get re-shaped? Sorry about the additional post but I was thinking about it after I logged out.

Bowtie Block .30 over, 76mm Turbo, cam is 586 lift, Brodix -10 heads. This thing does not like building boost at the line, it takes at elast 10 seconds to get to 10psi but once it gets there its on. I am running E85. I added a bunch of timing the other day along with fuel and the trucks runs a lot better but spool time is even worse now. I need to figure out something here, I was walking a gsx1000 the other day from a roll, if I could launch more easily that would be swell.

Keep us updated on what you find out and it is strange that the first gear timing didn't help. Interesting.
