21 y/o male seeks new romance with a Typhoon

Howdy, my name is Zach, I'm 21, and I live in Kansas City, MO. I drive a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T, and I'm currently in the market for a Syclone or a Typhoon. I don't know much about the trucks, but that's why I decided to join syty.net. Hopefully I'll learn a lot and eventually end up driving one.

Same reason I bought a Dakota R/T. I love silly trucks with potential time bombs for drivetrains. Also, most people would love to have immaculate classic cars or supercars or something like that. I just want a Typhoon. I'm easy to please.

I hope so. What are a few things to look for in these trucks? Aside from compression tests, boost leaks, propshaft play, etc...

I'm gonna be spending a lot of time playing around in the trucks for sale section, but on the off chance I miss a good truck, anyone should feel free to PM me the link.

Welcome to the group, and best of luck with your search. Like others have said there are a lot of sy/ty's for sale lately, so there's a good chance you can find what you're looking for at a decent price.

And what part of KC are you in? I've been in town for a couple weeks, and will most likely be around until the end of the year...so if you find something locally you want me to go out and take a look at with you just let me know.
