as of now the motor is stock in my truck. soon i will be getting a pt52 turbo set up. bigger intercooler both from McCoy.and i also have to up the fuel delivery. can i run the 36lb inj. with it being all stock and still work for when after everything is sey up in my truck. or will i need to get bigger than 36 lb after the turbo is in. the guy said they are good for up to 445 hp.

Here is a good link to tell you what the injectors you are looking at are capable of supporting.

http://www.sdsefi.com/techffhp.htm

I have read through a bunch of his articles and it is a very interesting tech section on this site.

According to his tally.. those injectors are good for about 400 horse.

I assume you know that if you change injectors at all.. you have to recalibrate. Chip, something to account for the larger injectors.

Good luck

Datamaster is just a really good readout of what the sensors are picking up. Like a detailed version of the SnapOn thing. It's not just a matter of reading a couple numbers off DM and typing them into your new chip. You still have to understand what the values mean and how the chip tables affect all that stuff, in case you didn't know...

i know what your talking about with burning the chip. that is one of the things i want to learn how to do. that way i dont have to sent it out to get this or that done to it. is there a link for getting to know how to burn your own chip. as far as snap-on or datamaster. i hear that datsmaster is better.
