Can you get an exhaust and intake manifold along w/the turbo and piping and make the newer 4.3L (96+) motors turbo?

short answer:
There are about 800 reasons you couldn't "just" do that. Look into Mach Performance's turbo kit.
Long answer:

Seriously, look into the 200 other times this topic has been asked on this board. I believe you will run into this topic popping up every other week.

I have 5 x 5 page papers to write tonight on night shift. If & when I get those done I'll work on a standard response we can keep in the trash bin or mod lounge for this scenario. If we really want to be nice we could get it down to bolt holes on the different blocks. Food for thought.
