4.3 "Z" block

I read through the holy grail thread referencing 4.3 blocks. Just a quick clarification, so basically any of the "Z" vin series 4.3 blocks from 88-91 should be fine to use as a stock replacement for a Syclone engine? Thanks again

They are the same but there was something about the main caps being different on our trucks vs normal 4.3 blocks.

Or you could just buy aftermarket caps and have a line bore done, I'd imagine it's getting rebuilt anyways so who cares what Pistons or rods. All you would need is a clean crank and block
