4.3L Auto w/ turbo in a B4U 96 SS S10

Starting a thread here for my Conversion I have been working on for over a year now. Lots of pics to come...
Here are the STOCK SPECS:
1997 Chevrolet S-10 SS (2-Wheel Drive)

2WD S-10 Pickup
Engine:

Vortec 4300 V6 (L35) (4.3L)
180 hp at 4400 rpm; 245 lb-ft torque at 2800 rpm

Transmission 4-Speed Electronic Automatic

Eagle GA P235/55R-16 tires

16" 5-spoke cast-aluminum wheels
Suspension:

ZQ8 Sport Suspension Package (including Bilstein shocks and big stabilizing bars)
2'' lowering

Monochromatic body, grille, and bumpers.
Onyx Black, Apple Red, or Summit White.

Bought it from a guy in Arizona late 2008.
Daily Driver from 08 till late 09.
No winters EVER = NO RUST anywhere.
Wing and Tonneau Cover are gone.

Engine before I tore it down. Nothing wrong with this truck at all, just wanted something more interesting to drive.

Here it is tore down to the BARE frame. Recoating it with Master Series Chassis Saver, much better than POR15.

Frame done top to bottom, now I gotta do the inside with this stuff I bought from eastwood.com. It has a long sprayer to get deep inside the frame.

Going back together along with rear end rebuild and disc brake conversion.

Installing the front suspension, all new bushings, bearing, seals, ect...No wearable items reused.

Since the rebuild I have decided to go with these after the truck completed.

Mercruiser intake swap, Now I can change out injectors to suit my needs for fueling. Also deletes the EGR with this swap.

96 up OBD2 factory dist. I love how they done the plug wire routing on these. V-6 and V-8 from 96 Vortec all had these if I remember correct.

Going ATW on this one, this build shall be close to what a syclone would have been if GM ever made them for the 94 up. Minus the AWD, sure wished it was.

What kind of distributor is that? Marine specific? Cool project!

Acually that is the 96 up OBD2 factory dist. I love how they done the plug wire routing on these. V-6 and V-8 from 96 Vortec all had these if I remember correct.
