Stolen 1992 GMC Typhoon, VIN 1GDCT18ZXN0811238
primarily stock, the following are more specific details
red/red not as factory there were no red/red 92's
has distinguishing features of a 92', IE black door handle trim
a previous owner painted in lettering on intake in red
has aftermarket sunroof
tazmanian devil sticker on back window (lower right corner, etched type
sticker, not colored, looks white)
red/black flamed steering wheel cover.
Alpine CD player (1.5 DIN fits flush in dash)
cracked front facia, between driver side headlight and grill
stolen between 3-7 am friday the 13th
from our driveway, 6410 glencoe st, Commerce City, Co, 80022
I will tryand get the pics from when I bought it scanned
As far as I know it is probably the only red/red typhoon in the Denver. If you see it or any part of it call the cops, and me. home 303-286-6508, cell
303-808-2094. No I didn't carry full coverage insurance, so were just out of luck, unless its found.
There are three scenarios I have thought up
Joyride-- probably will be found in some state of disrepair
Stripped-- Parts will surface somewhere, keep your eyes peeled--isn't there a swap meet at bandimere this weekend? There shouldn't be ANY sy/ty parts showing up in the metro area that we can't account for!!
VIN Swapped-- I'm guessing this is the most likley, someone will take the
vin from an S-10/S-15 Blazer/Jimmy and put on it, then try and sell it. Look for any "custom" S-series trucks, since it wont by a ty anymore. It may be repainted, different wheels, etc..
