Aftermarket seats......Who has them?

I know Jamie in AK had a HELL of a time putting Recaros in his Sy.
It was all bracket problems dealing with "wedge", i believe.
wound up the seats were too close to the doors and now I think they are too firm...
After all that pain in the ass they aren't even comfortable.
Tip#1: Try out the seats you are buying FIRST!!!

Recaro SRD's will fit.... couple other recaro's styles will fit with a couple inches room to spare between the lower seat bolster and the door..
I was set on Recaro Sports though.... Very. very tight fit with the lower seat bolster and the door armrest.... I'm talking like 1mm but it fits.... only problem I have now is that because I switched to a polyurethane suspension it feels like my ass is taking a pounding due to the fact that the recaro's are not heavily padded like stock syclone/typhoon seats... So it looks like I'll probably be switching to 93 typhoon seats....

Truckless. For now.
I've got some Monaco's in my Ty. They fit fine without any special bracketing. Sorry about the poor pic quality.
I'll get some better pics up tonight. They are really comfortable and very supportive. I'm also selling the seats you see in the pics, but Will still has first dibs because he's only an hour away from me, and I may end up having to trade them for a stock manifold. Dumb cracked piece of junk. I'd say look into Monaco's though.

Got my seats from Pat at Performance Plus. He had the brackets fabricated by a local guy. Bolted right in. Performance Plus is a distributor for Sparco accessories. He will probably charge close to retail unless you have someone with a resale/business license to make the purchase. Good luck. Let me know if you need more info.
