I'm interested in 2 Typhoons, both at dealers. I would really appreciate it if someone familiar w/ Ty's could check them out for me.
The first one is located in Cinnaminson, NJ. '93 Blk/gry, VIN#1GDCT18Z3P0810936.
The second one is located in Clayton, NC. '93 Blk/blk, VIN#1GDCT18Z7P0812186.

if the one you are talking about is at tri-boro DO NOT I SAY DO NOT BUY IT. I looked at it before I got mine from up north NJ, and it is one of the biggest POS around. It needs alot and it has been there for about 2 years now, I know because I bought a 2k ws6 new and it was there then. Plus they are DIC.....S I sold a 94 formula that was a sweet ass car,(Ram Air, 4" Mufflex, Pully, Heads, Everything..) and they gave me a great price 14900.00(33k miles) well the shit hit the fan when the used car manager got back from vac. and because they gave me the price already they had to honor it(I had it on paper) anyway When I went back to buy the TY (tradeing in my 95 hawk)they tried to say I remember you, you bought the pewter 2k ws6. that was the end of it the used car manager came over and said I really can not give you much for it sorry. Anyway the point of all this rambling is the 2k ws6 was a piece that they would not fix because of the price I got it for ( Always some excuse ...I don't hear and sounds, looks good to me, feels fine.....)They dick you because of their mistakes, and I had my friend who knows about cars better then I look at it and drive it, he said don't buy it for any price they can give. 20k when I looked, 16,900 I think now. Just my 2 cents

Yeah, what Raist said. That one in Cinnaminson, NJ has been there for a while now. So that means it's either high priced or a piece of shit truck. If I was lookin to buy another Sy or Ty, I'd try to stay away from dealerships and look more at trucks that private owners had for sale.

I had a dealer tell me the typhoon I was looking into (& eventually bought.. stupid me) was in excellent condition.. let's say I ended up spending close to around $5000 fixing it over the course of the next 8 months that I had the truck.. and the next owner has spent thousands more on paint/body work... All things that would have never happened if I never would have "trusted" the word of a dealer.. fawk dealerships.. especially used car dealers... they're in it for the quick turnaround...
