Archiving PMs

besides a copy and paste, does anyone have an idea of something good/useable on the web to backup PMs.
Even with 200, im sitting at 94%, and i deleted some ones i needed with parts info, and I cant remeber who I was talking to.
So im looking for a way to Archive all of them. phpBB boards had some ideas using excel and it all seemed like a big PITA

if you go into your private messages and scroll all the way to the bottom, you should see the option to....

Download all Private Messages as:
XML | CSV | Text

right, im looking for a way to store/access online, the network i have setup, with multiple computers, its so hard for me to keep track of what is on which drive, of which machine.

Set up one computer on your network as a server that all others can access then save all common data on their. I havent done it but you could set it up with VNC or their is another way so you can access it from off site while you out of your home.
