black/black ty NJ with police antennas???

it had all sorts of police and cb antennas wasnt clean lil bad shape anyone know anything about this? seen it around montvale, NJ

yes, it is a local morris county guy.. my dad bought a wheel from him.. he daily drives it and loves it.. refuses to sell it..

i think he is 50+ years old.. nice guy..

his girlfriend lives on my street, see the truck all the time. I actually stopped hiim one day and had a chat. He bought it in 93 with 9 k on it from a dealer. It now has 150 and still going
