Black/Black Typhoon spotted in Lousiville KY

I was riding back from lunch and noticed that there is a black/black typhoon parked in front of Acme Auto Electric (no shiot thats the name)...Was curios who's it was....Looks just like Jeff's (JSDesign) truck, but the wheels weren't powder coated like his are.....Anyone know who this is??

Mine isn't and hasn't moved for months.

I drove past the place where it was sitting at lunch and it was gone....Guess it is at least running...thank god cause those guys at ACME Auto Electric are kinda shady in my opinion anyway.
