Black ty on Rt. 13 in Virginia

Hey all!

On the way to work today (7/14, Wednesday), a black ty passed me heading south around 7:35am when I was heading north to my job.

I am on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, which is on the peninsula of part of Maryland and all of Delaware. Probably was passing through on way for vacation or ????.

Could not tell the license plate on the back but it was white, maybe a temp tag.

Anyone on here?
