So finally after several weeks of building an new engine and transfer case into my Ty.
I started her up.
ANd @$#^!%@%#^there is an really anoying sound inside mine exhaust /.
so my @#%$@#% Geuss is an broken Valve, but when doing +2000 RPM the sound dissaperes, and i think the timing of the sound is way to high for an broken valve.
So could annybody please tell me how i can see that it is ,or isn't an broken valve?? without dissasambling the engine??

some of those days.

any chance you dropped something into the crossover or the dp when doing the assembly?

thats my best guess.

What do you mean "inside your exhaust"? You can hear it only at the tailpipe? Can you hear it at idle when the truck in 'N' or 'P' under no load?

A broken valve could be find by a compression test...

Yeah.. i had the same geuss about letting something drop in the pipe.
I hear the sound in the neighberhoud of the cat.
if you stand behind the tailpipe , the sound ain''t that bad.

and the sound is also wen in P and N

you might also check the clearance of the dp to the frame.
and dp clearance to heatshields
