To bad Deans Ty didn't have to coast for 300 feet to that 11.0, woulda been a solid 10 second run.

Tony

Haha. Wait until you see the video of where the truck broke and how far it coasted. Call Nolan for the Cliff Notes on that run. ;)

Thanks to Cam for organizing and to Harold for covering our entry fees. It's the one event I get out for annually now, and its always more than worth the trip. Since I keep getting snakebit to hit the 10s, I think I'll just skip them and shoot for 9's next year. WEEEEE....

Yep it was a great weekend. Thanks Cam for being the ultimate Sy/Ty nerd!! You keep the group tight!!

I will be personally thanking Barb :boink: for letting me beat up her daily driver (BabyTy) she had to drive it to work on monday.

It was nice to see all the people make an effort to come from all over Alberta and BC. We really enjoyed having you all over on Friday night. :friends:
I wish I had more time to talk to everyone - it seems the weekend went by too fast. :slap:

I know I have really had my low point this year with Syclone and Typhoons but now I remember why I love the trucks so much. :syty:

Looks like you guys had a fun time. Lots of fast and nice looking SyTy's.

Did you guys go to the 100' drags? Or did that get rained out?

Yeah it was a blast!! No, we didn't end up making it to the 100' drags on Sun because it ended up raining on Sat so we couldn't do the 1/4 mi so we decided to go to the drag strip on Sun rather than to the 100'er like we had planned.

Kurt you should come up next year ;)

Just want to say thanks again to Cam, Harold and everyone else for making this a great event. And thanks to Tony for helping me out with my truck, tweaking a couple things and such.

Robyn and I had a great time. I'm very happy that I was able to get into the 13s with my Sy. We had a good trip back, a little lack of sleep over the weekend but it was all worth it. :)

I look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Also I have a bunch of pics and a few videos that I'll post later.

Maybe it's good the 100' (30.48m ;) ) drags got rained out b/c if you guys would have shown up, it would have been a complete a** kicking. They probably would have banned SyTy's from the event forever. :rotf:

Hey Cam, I'll make it up there next year.......only if you lower your Ty. ;)

Cam just sent me some amazing pics.

Hopefully he is hosting them somewhere, as they really capture the "Launch" of these incredible trucks.

Once again Cam, you really outdid yourself this year.

Thanks again,
We had a lot of fun.

I'll email a some other pics to a few people later as well. Enjoy :)

btw it sure makes it easy posting pics of your trucks not having the front liscence plate and all. I gotta go through a couple pics of mine and photo shop it out.

Valemounts only 5 hours from here and I know of a great house that will be for sale soon ;)

Just think, no front plate, no "aircare", sytys all around, a racetrack that will let you run, I can go on. :D
