So I decided it was time to round up some of my Stainless Steel 2.5 inch scraps and build a Downpipe for the beater Sy and beater Ty. I had a Kenne Bell 2.5 DP on the Sy and it rotted out. :rotf: Had put the stock DP on and could tell she lot a little bit of power. Has a testpipe and stock exhaust with "different" mufflers. But looks stock.
The Ty still has stock DP and cat. But I cobbled up an old ATR Sy 3 inch SS exhaust and made it fit the girl.
As you can see I got rid of some of the bends the stock and KB DPs had. Ty Dp is a slip fit near the turbo and the Sy is a V-band. Its what parts I had laying around.
Am sure someone will criticize my fab skills. Sorry. Am not a professional by any means.
Sy DP is on. Sure revs quicker. Ty going to dyno it before and after just to see what the DP and new cat does for hp difference.
