Dead battery....I'm confused...I need help

Ok guys...I'm pissed,

The battery on my Sy dies all of the time, maybe 10 times now. Anyways, It seems as though the security system installed by the previous owner is messed up. Here's what happens:

I purposely do not turn on the alarm, for fear of it glitching. Whenever I'm not around though the alarm seems to turn itself on. I get phone calls, notes left on my winshield by the police saying they popped the hood and removed the fuse. etc, etc, to turn it off. The alarm either ends up burning up the battery juice or the dead battery turns on the alarm automatically.

At first I thought it was a faulty vent motor blower. In my quest for constant battery juice, I checked under the hood once and the blower motor was going, while the car was off. So now I leave the vent off all of the time. I thought this would fix it, nope. I got home from a week long trip yesterday to find the Sy dead again. There was a note from the local authority saying they had to remove the fuse, the neighbors were pissed, oops. So yet again I tried jumping it. I have the ATR battery relocation so this is a pain in the ass. Anyways, this time it didn't take a jump, nothing. I tried jumping through the alternator, through the battery cables, it was dead. I had to leave the truck at home to get back to school. I guess I'm baffled?

Is it the battery, alarm, I know the alternator is good, every time I jump it, it gets juiced up for a while. Also, as I was jumping it last night, I fried the jumper cables. I know, not good. What does this mean? They melted in half.

How much of pain is it to remove an alarm system, should I let a shop do this? Electrical is not my forte. Please help!

If the blower motor is running with the key off, then the high speed blower relay is stuck on/ ie: the contacts have stuck together,,, as far as the alarm arming itself automaticaly, yours is programed to do this and you have to re-program it or un-plug the unit. You may need to go to an auto stereo/security system shop to help with the reprogramming...

That's what happens when an auto alarm loses power. When your battery gains a small amount of power the alarm will go off. In my old car it used to start itself up. When it first happend i was on my way to work. I thought someone jacked my ride and brought it back? Weird. Anyway i will ask my friend about what could be draining it. He install these things. I would take it to sears and have the alternator, and battery checked. It's free. They also have this machine that can detect a draw on the system. You can also hook up a light bulb inline with the negative terminal and when it lights start unplugging stuff until the light goes out. When it does whala you found your problem.
