Door Panel Inserts

Door Panel Inserts, Is there an easy way to remove them. The backside retainer looks like an invert socket. Do they make a tool to remove them or should I just take big pair of plier to unscrew them?

Yes the make a tool , sears has them, they are called allen wrenches, the other pints just melt with a soldering iron.
