CAUTION: Tool on the prowl! Ebay auction#300148899719,is for a YELLOW Typhoon.Owner says it came from the factory that way.Actually,he said it was repainted at the delivering dealer before the sale,so it is original!(lol). Also has aftermarket wheels, stereo, tail lamps, hood(but it is all original)....hmmm

Re: E Bay Typhoon Sighting

This is what I asked him...

I find it hard to believe this truck came yellow from the dealer. There is no such thing. Who painted it? How long have you owned it? It certainly doesn't look "all stock" (IC lines, turbo/ic hose, and the upper intake doesn't have "Syclone" etched in it). How extensive are the modifications? Any problems with the truck? Thanks, Bryan

This is his reply....

This truck came from Guy @ Rockford Racecraft,in Rockford,IL. They(he) is/are Internationally known for they're work/knowledge of Syclones and Typhoons. This was HIS personal vehicle, owned for over the last 20 years.I pesonally,am a novice on these.I only own this Typhoon, and a mint Syclone. What I know of this vehicle,is what Guy has told me,and I have NO REASON to question him on his knoledge on this or any other Typhoon. You will NOT find anyone who knows more about these vehicles than he does,so any questions/concerns you you may have, could certainly be answered/confirmed by him.

syclomatic

The only part of that paragraph that is true is that he did own it at one point. It was sold. Then sold to someone else and the new owner (assuming same person here) tried to pass it off to someone else with a blown motor. That prospective buyer brought the truck to RR and was told that the motor was not up to par and needed a rebuild. Keep in mind NONE of that information was told to this prospective buyer.

I would ask Guy to personally chime in but he is out of the country till the end of the month roughly
