Odd don't ya think? clear title but looks like a theft recovery to me. What happened to all the parts?? Doesn't look to be in bad shape except for all the missing pieces.
Looks like a easy rebuild to me using a set of glass cladding and maybe a custom dash and interior

This is that guy that was selling pieces of a typhoon a month or two ago on ebay. I remember all the cladding and the dash for being on sale along with the stuff missing from the engine.

Now that you mention it I remember a dash on ebay. Very strange to partially part out a non-totaled Ty :-? then try to sell the rest of it as a parts truck. Hmmm
