Does anybody know what, if any, modifications were done to the production Sy/Ty blocks? Are they stock 4.3 Vortec blocks?

vortec blocks are different.

stock syclone blocks are the same as a 91 Z code TBI block. only change is the Nodular iron main caps for the syty blocks.

So still just the 2 bolt cap in nodular iron? I have a 94 CPI engine. Will the intake bolt up or do the runners not mate up?

Yeah they are still 2 bolt. A 94 CPI motor should be L35s. If that is the case, they will bolt right up.

So a stock Sy/Ty is still using the stock LB4 cam? What about the L35 heads Any mating probs with the Sy manifold?

The Sy manifolds (intake and exhaust) will bolt right up.
