Hey Guys,

It's been awhile, so I don't know where anything goes. My Questions are :

1.) Could someone please tell me in which locations the studs go on the Lower Intake Man., Exh. Mans and both sides of the Front of the Heads ?

2.) I seem to have 3 Heat Shields for the Exh. Mans. - 2 big ones and one little one. Is that the right # of Shields ? Where do they go ?

Plugs went in easy - of course w the engine out.

3 pictures that Ed O'Rourke sent me R really helping.

It looks like I'm not going to be able to reuse most of the stock spark plug shields. Maybe just the one on SP #'s 3 & 5. The ATR headers won't allow the others to fit.

I also noticed that the engine mount bolt point runs into the heat shield on the Drivers side. I have the Poly mounts, and I may have to cut away a little of the shield. I will probably have to add a little front piece to the Pass side shield.

I'll have to figure out how to shield my SP wires. I bought the set of SP wires that the NW SyTy group was selling a few years ago. Anyone else put those in w the ATR headers ?

Damn, it looks like there R 4 Int. Man studs on the Pass side and 2 on the Drivers side. Now to figure out what they were used for.

heres what i did.

notice the boot not pulled all the way around the 90 on no 2.

It caught fire on initial startup on the exposed area.

no problem if the boot is pulled all the way around the 90 of the wire.
