Can a 340LPH pump be used without having to modify the return line?? I know with turbo Buicks using stock fuel lines and a 340 pump sometimes yielded high fuel pressure that you couldn't get to come down....Thanks,

My understanding....yes, you'll be fine. I think the stock lines are fine. You'll need an adjustable fpr, the stock one I think is inadequate.

I've got a 340lph in my Typhoon and never had any issues with fuel pressure. Stock lines, aftermarket regulator.

I have an Aeromotive 11569 and Sportmachines (Kirbin) FPR. The fuel filter to transfercase section I replaced with 8AN PTFE + AEM filter (just because it was hacked into before). Tank lines both have been extended to make it easier to drop/install the tank. The rest is all stock. No fuel problems. The most important thing is the adjustable FPR IMO.

Make sure you upgrade your bulkhead wiring at the same time or you will have issues with running the bigger pump

Now that I think about it. The Racetronix is the one I went with way back early 2000’s. I think it was sold together with their 255lph pump in a set deal.
