Grounds again

Where are the grounds located for the injectors? I cannot find any o rings bolted anywhere. What about for the o2 sensor?

The grounds for the injectors are pulsed by the ecm.... The hot side of the injectors come from the fuse panel when the ignition switch is turned to the on position... or as explained in my book, hot in run or start... In other words, the positive side of the injector is always on when the ignition switch is on and the quad drivers in the ecm switch the ground/negative side to control the pulse width of the injector on side... hope this helps....

yes that does. So that means that there are no grounds to clean there right.

Nope, no grounds to clean for the inj. Just make sure that the connectors on each inj is good and clean. While you are on the ground cleaning crusade be sure to check out the braided one on the back of the drivers side head that goes to the cab.

Oh, yeah the O2.
The O2 sensor uses one of the 3 wires going to it for the ground. It is one of the white wires on the O2 and I think that it is black/white wire on the ECM side of the O2 connector, so you may track that one down to see where it is grounded.
