Founds this sitting down between the power steering pump and frame rail when I was installing my torque strap. Looks like maybe an EGR cover but I know that's not it.

Plastic cover from the back of the alternator.... I think....

Maybe has to do with the steering shaft rag joint. I don't know for sure just guessing.

That's the fascia to the alternator

X4 back of the alternator...

"CS-130 vs. CS-144"

That's it on the top of the one on the left BTW...
