I was on my way home tonite, and the Ty just died. Driving down the road. The "low turbo coolant" light came on, and then the "check gauges" light came on, just after it died. I get pulled over, and check the ECM1 fuse it is blown, I replace it, and then try to start it, and nothing. Check the fuse again, and it is fine, try to crank the truck, and still nothing. The other fuse looked fine, but I didn't test it. Check the fuse one more time and it is blown. Any suggestions? Where is the sensor for the turbo coolant?

TIA,
Chris

Chris,
ECM 1 is the '439' circuit. pink/blk stripe. It powers: Injectors, boost
relay, Heated O2 sensor, EGR solenoid, CAC pump relay, PinA6 on small ECM
connector.

Just a thought, but since you got the low turbo coolant light, it could be a bad CAC pump relay.

you might want to disconnect one of those items at a time and see if you can get it to start.

boost selinoid has a connecter on it, so does the egr selenoid and 02. just pull the fuse behind the alt for the pump.

it will run w/o these things hooked up, so go that route and see if you can get her to turn over.

btw, coolant level sensor is on the lower cche, but to my recolection they may or may not be functional

After, screwing with the truck for a couple of hours today, I have found a couple things out. Now, it does not blow fuses... I didn't do anything to it there, just decided to stop on its own. I have plenty of fuel pressure, 49 pounds, and I changed the fuel filter too. The injectors don't fire, pulled them out of the intake, and no worky. At the injector harness plug, the pink/black wire had 12 volts, the green 5.2 volts, and the blue wire nothing. The low turbo coolant light doesn't come on now, fixed itself too. It has good spark. The plugs did look a little lean. I am thinking it maybe the ECM??? At, this point I am ready to set it on fire, and bring the Stang back out.

TIA,
Chris
