Hard work and patience has obviously paid off in the end. Now get that 60ft back and you'll be in the 9s![]()
ghettosled said:Well i dont know too much about your tune, cam specs, or heads but Harry obviously knows whats up so he would be the one to tell you if there is more room to increase the timing, or raise up the boost. You are running C16 right? With the commetics I think you can run more boost if the intercooler is up to par.
You guys obviously picked up alot of power by dipping down into the 10.0 range. Using the timer on the datalog is is one of the most important pieces of info b/c it will tell you exactly where the tires are wanting to shake, and allow you to bring in the boost at the oportune time. We have learned alot from racing the drag radial classes, and the timed datalog lets you know exactly what is happening at each point of the track..

i know its not bowtie....but i just don't consider a block that started stock, and has been worked and everything replaced to still be stock. billet crank, o-ring deck, childs/albert rods, je pistons, sure its bored over...ed hess said:this isnt a bowtie block.MikeRenz said:stock block? hardly.sy1907 said:on a stock block

Don't wanna get into the whole "it is/isn't" argument, i shouldn't have posted my orginal comment. I don't consider mine stock either.
