Count me in on a pair of Z06 18x12s in anything other than chrome for the GP. I want to powdercoat them all high gloss black so chrome won't work for me. I already have the rims/tires for the front.

Well there three people in the last few post of this thread that said they wanted wheels, and that gives you 10 of the req 12 wheels, or do you have to order 12 sets?

Also i called up Weldcraft Wheels and they said that the cast aluminum was no problem and to widen them from 8in wide to 12in wide was 225 for each wheel, and that it woudl take them about 2 weeks to get them back to me. Which was a better price than i had thought it was gonna cost. Then ill probably just paint the back side of the wheel black to hide the weld and that will make the chrome face really pop i think.

Ok for those interested, as of today the scheduled container of chrome wheels has still not arrived and most of the order has already been sold / spoken for by the larger Corvette parts resellers even though it's not even here yet! The Raw unfinished wheels are not available at this time.The Silver wheels have arrived and are going fast but they have some stock available.

Now according to Mike at Factory Reproductions, they have had several requests to send some silver 18x12's to be chromed to fill "quickie" orders for resellers that have been on B/O for over three months now. Here is how it breaks down and what I can do based on less than $10K "Stocking Dealer" order cost. And this is not confirmed but I am trying to arrange drop shipping directly from them to cut shipping costs even more. Please be aware the the below prices are based on this and as I said, drop shipping is not confirmed yet until I can give him an idea of what the order size is actually going to be if at all.

Chrome 18x12 - +64 offset $240 per wheel
Silver 18x12 - +64 offset $190 per wheel

Chrome 18x9.5 - +57offset $180 per wheel
Silver 18x9.5 - +57offset $150 per wheel

Breaks Down As:
Set of chrome 18x12 rears & 18x9.5 front's = $860
Set of silver 18x12 rears & 18x9.5 front's = $680
Set of 4 chrome 18x9.5 = $720
Set of 4 silver 18x9.5 = $600
Plus actual UPS shipping
Two Year warranty on the Local U.S. chrome or painted finish.

Now if this is a good deal then I am happy to help. If you have a better deal and they actually have wheels to ship, please share the wealth....er discount info :tup: !

He said he was gonna call me back on the IROC's cause they were getting ready to do inventory and the puter was down. He needed to check stock but I didn't hear back from him. I'll call him in the morning again.

Oh, wow sorry. I was away on a trip for a few weeks and then haven't visited the wheels thread here for a while, again I'm sorry. Yea I finally got the new 07' up date and the 18x8 chrome IROC's are are $185 each plus the shipping. I still don't know if they will drop ship for me or not though. If you are still interested I will find out, just let me know.

Chrome 18x12 - +64 offset $245 per wheel
Silver 18x12 - +64 offset $195 per wheel

Chrome 18x10.5 - +58 offset $205 per wheel

Chrome 18x9.5 - +57offset $185 per wheel
Silver 18x9.5 - +57offset $155 per wheel

Plus shipping but like I said above, still need to confirm drop shipping.

Ok, I'm pissed........... looks like you are going to beat me too it :rotf: ! My 18x12's are still in the container on the way from Ca. Due here in about 15 days. I have the tire already so still just waiting on the wheels.Did you get them from Factory Reproductions or another supplier and did you get chrome or silver?

I have measured and measured and done it again and it looks like the 345's will clear my Ty with a c*** hair to spare. If not, I 'll dimple or notch the frame cause I want the 12's with the 345's :tup:

lol......I'm not going to beat you to anything.....cause I'm not going to notch the frame yet. I've got the chromes and I got the fronts and rears from Bones. Got everything real quick. But I've ordered the 255's and 335's in Michelin PS2's. I was hoping that you had already done yours. The drag's are about a 1000 dollars cheaper than what the PS2's are costing me...and I like the sizes better. But I'm going to wait and see what you have to do to get yours to fit. So you'll still be the first....lol

Let us know when you get them on.

Besides...I'm in Malaysia right now and won't be back in town for a few more weeks. Ofcourse....I could make notching the frame my little project while i'm off for a couple of weeks. Hmmmmmm......wanna race.....lol

so if i understand this right. you are a dealer for factory reproductions, and

can get me 2 Chrome 18x12 - +64 offset $245 per wheel

and 2 Chrome 18x9.5 - +57offset $185 per wheel

grand total of 840 before taxes and shipping???

how much to ship??

Well... yes and no. Yes I am a dealer, yes the prices are correct. No I can't just get two or four wheels. Check back through the thread and you will see that I have to make a 12 wheel min. order as I discussed this with the other fellas to see if any one wanted to do a group buy. As far as the shipping goes, I have been finaly told they will not drop ship direct from their warehouse and they must come to me first (also discussed in the eariler posts) so to be honest I think you can get them from Bones or another high volume dealer cheaper. UPS to me + UPS to you is gonna be $40-60 per wheel (rough guess) depending on where you live. No taxes because of the net :D . Still may be cheaper at my cost if the other guys are real high but I don't know their prices?
