I e-mailed you earlier about meeting up with you guys at the GM event.Your planning on going right?Is anyone gonna make a pass in their truck.It would be my first but Im considering it.Just get back to me,thanks.

I'm going and bring the TY along with the GN.
I have to go to GR tonight and get a Tux, (no not my wedding) and one of the turbobuick board members told me were there is 100 oct. no lead there.
I don't have the parts to crank the boost up, but I figure it's a little ins. for the 15.5 psi spikes I was getting. I guess 150= cars normally show up.
A little pressure should help.

Yeah, I got the email, I just haven't had time to reply yet. I think it'd be cool to run in it, but I've only done T&T 3 times, much less actual bracket racing. I was looking at the site and saw the NHRA (or whatever) rules. It had a 12.0-13.99 category, and had stuff like driveshaft loops. I thought that was 12's only? I'm not sure if this has different, stricter rules or if the stuff we're used to applies or what. I'm not going to be buying loops before this, I know that.
Twins: Where and how much is the 100? I think it's my tires... I'm getting 60's of 1.85 and just barely under 98MPH, but only mid to high 13.8's. I dunno. But like you said, at least it's uber-consistent...

44th and 96. West of Rivertown mall just over the overpass. Mobil station. It's $3.59 a gallon but because it's no lead you can pump it right into your truck/car. 3.59 is too steep to me, I put 9 gal $33.00 in the GN last night and got to thinking that Xylene is 108 oct. and I'm going to check but I think Sherwin Williams at the top of the hill can get 5 gal for about $7.00 a gal. A cap of Marvel and 3-1 93 Xylene should get rid of any knock.
110 oct Cam 2 is only $3.39 and aviaton is $2.29 at the Greenville airport.
The Ionia airport won't sell to me...they know my car but they will sell to Linds in 5 gal cans. Leaded gas kills O2's but ours are heated, they may last a little longer. I'm a little worried about the cat though, I think lead is killer there, and until you figure out some Invisibill magic boost control the cats are here for awhile. 8)
Don't worry about driveshaft loops, you're not running slicks.

It's pretty earlier Sat A.M. so M-7 has a block of rooms at the Ionia hotel. I'm going to cruise to the hotel Fri night we could do a little bench racing and toss back a couple.

I live in Holland but Ill be headed that way Friday night to Lansing to meet up with a friend whose going with on Saturday.Theres a possibility I could meet up with on Friday.Ionia isnt too far from I96.I was planning on meeting everyone at Mcdicks at 7 am unless I figure something else out.

Mcdonalds(Mcdicks) in Ionia.No my buddy doesnt have a sy/ty.He's kinda like my mechanic.He replaced all the chassis parts on the front for me.Gives me good deals.I'm not as knowledgable about mechanical things as he is and just about everyone on this board.Anyways when I have better Idea of what Im doing that Friday I'll let you know.If your in Ionia that night maybe I'll swing by.I was even talking to my friend about going to Stanton next Wednesday 9/25 for a few passes.Where are you getting this 100 octane?My friend mentioned running Torco fuel,but I'm not sure if it contains lead or at that even safe for a stock engine.

Cool, I have friends who live in the apartments there behind Burger King. I'll have to check that out sometime... The 1-gallon jugs of Xylene were $8.49 I think. Should be cheaper if you can get it in 5-gallons though. I didn't see anything bigger than 1 gallon out on the shelf, though they might have the bigger stuff somewhere else. And I read that Xylene is 117.
I have no idea what my plans are yet. Gotta work that out with Trish sometime. She's into cars some, but she doesn't like just sitting there all day looking at them... She said she wouldn't mind going to the track sometime if I was running though, so I just might have to.
As for rules, I didn't think I'd have to worry about anything more than normal, but their rules page I saw looked funny...
