Can I use the spark advance table from code 59 and enter them to the dominator spark table. My syclone just don't seem to be as fast when I had the tt chip. Think the timing table is off

Yes, that would be a good starting point if the spark advance was safe on Code 59.

Then, yes, you should be very safe using the stock table. You can increase the timing later when you feel comfortable doing that.
