The stock chip doesn't turn on the IC pump until it's like 230* or something outrageous. If I remember correctly, the Ultimate turns it on at like 60*, which will be basically all the time.
There are two relays near the distributor cap on the firewall. The passenger side one has a yellow wire going to it. You want to T a wire into that and run it to ground. I used a 3M buddy connector, which clips around the wires and slices through the insulation. I then have about 2" of wire running to under the screw that holds the relay bracket.
With the yellow wire grounded, the pump will run anytime the truck is on. You can run the wire to a switch, then to ground, if you ever want to not run the pump all the time...
DO NOT CUT THE YELLOW RELAY WIRE. If you don't use a T connector, just scrape off some insulation so you can connect your ground wire.
