How bad is this ?

I did a leak down test
Got two pistons with 35% and the rest are 22%
Time for the SRPs..........

That's bad. If the test was accurate its time to tear down the engine. Where was it leaking to, the case, exuast, intake?

I would pull the heads or use a boroscope to see if your pistons are burnt up. But it really doesn't matter, If your getting 35% into the case you are gonna have to pull the engine and rebuild it. You want to look for the cause of the failure too. It'd be a major bitch to rebuild it and blow it again because of an overboost problem. Unless you've got some high miles you shouldn't be seeing 35% through the case. That would tell me to look for busted ring lands, burnt pistons, etc. I've got 116,000 on my Ty and still have 4% leakdown.
