Can someone upload a pic of there Hotwire kit, want to compare it to mine to see if it was wired wrong( need a good view of the relay)

the stock fuel pump power wire (at the tank) becomes the switch wire on a high-amp relay. Then you pull a fused hi amp large gauge wire from the alternator, through the relay and into the pump.

I know how to hook them up.....the kit I got from racetronix doesn't work and I herd reviews on they wired the kit wrong ....I would just like to see how the relay is wired up so I can rewire it properly

It's pretty simple. The power wire goes to the alternator, the relay ground goes to ground (I use the relay mounting point) and then plug it into the fuel pump plug.

Randy posted a link. Thats as standard as I know how to hook up a 12volt relay for a pump circuit.

If I had an item a company manufactured and it didn't work I would contact them and send it back for one that works.

I have even bought many other items and wiring supplys from Racetronix. Quality components and supplys. And fast service.

So figure it out and fix it.. Relays are quite basic...

I have Racetronix hotwire kits in 2 of my vehicles.
both installs were perfect and had zero issues.

If you bought it from an authorized dealer RaceTronix will support you.

Can you post some pictures of the kit or maybe look at the relay and tell us where each wire on the relay goes to. Be specific, relay will be marked 30, 85, 86, 87, 87a. 85 and 86 turn the relay on and can be smaller wires, 30 and 87(a) carry the high load and have higher gauge wires.
I don't have anything close to stock so I'm not sure what the setup you have looks like so I'm no help unless you can give some info or pictures of it.

Ya got it working.....ordered wrong kit .....typhoon connectors are wired different then syclone
