how to remove steering wheel

I got the 21mm nut off the bolt that goes trough the center of the wheel but WTF, it still wont budge to come off. I even tried using some oil to maybe loosen it but still no go. Im i doing somthing wrong? is their somthing im missing or does it just need a little more effort on pulling it off.
