Re: I am screwed!
Take your stock turbo and see if the downpipe will bolt up to it. Make sure the downpipe is right. If it bolts up to the stock turbo, then the bolt holes are off on the adaptor on the upgraded turbo. The stock downpipe doesn't have the tapered provision that the JS pipe has. That little "Y" on the bottom is what I'm talking about. Jeff added that so you can do so extra work on the stock turbo for added boost control. The RPM turbo is made for a stock downpipe that doesn't have this provision. It looks like you will need a customer adaptor plate(the one that's on the turbo), to mate the two together. Should be a simple adaptor to make. Renz may be able to hook you up. Get a piece of aluminum or plexiglass the same thickness as that adaptor plate then line everything up, downpipe held in place clearing everything and turbo bolted to the manifold. Then mark and drill and tap the plexiglass. Bolt in the plexiglass and see if it works. If it works, send the plexiglass piece to a guy like Renz and see if he can CAD it and have it cut out of steel. You need to do the plexi so it covers up the spot Jeff added. Something doesn't look right with the adaptor on the turbo but you can get the two to behave.
